Powdered Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Protein Muffins

PB2 Mini Chocolate Chip Muffins

These muffins pack a punch with protein and won't ruin a healthy diet. They are designed to give you a little sweet tooth pick me up when needed.

  • 0.5 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 4 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 171 ml almond flour
  • 0.75 tsp salt
  • 1.5 tsp baking soda
  • 1/3 cup egg whites
  • 64 gram mini chocolate chips
  • 65 gram PB2 powdered peanut butter
  1. Mix dry ingredients in mixing bowl.

  2. Add applesauce and egg whites. Mix well.

  3. Mix in chocolate chips until just blended.

  4. Divide batter into 24 muffins.

  5. Bake at 350° for 12-15 minutes or until they spring back with a touch.
